We only accept the booking for 30 days and more. You can stay for as long as you like beyond 30 days.

If you wish to stay for 90 days or more, please contact us directly so that we can assist your booking.

Nothing is required for stays of less than 90 days.

For stays of 90 days or more, an application form and personal ID are required.

For stays of 90 days or more, a 30-day room rate is required.

It is also required if the stay is extended beyond 90 days.

It will be refunded after check-out.

* In certain cases (when there is damage to the interior, fixtures, equipment, etc.), compensation may be requested.

We accept payment by credit card or bank transfer. (payments are made in advance)

We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club.

・ When departing early:
For stays of 30 days or more, we require notice at least 14 days before the new departure date.

・ When extending the length of stay:
Please contact us at least 14 days in advance. Extensions may not be possible depending on available vacancies.

You can move in from 2 days after the reservation is completed at the earliest.

* If you stay for 90 days or more, you will need to submit a separate application form.

In principle, it is not acceptable. Please arrange for a hotel or other accommodation in the vicinity.

It includes housekeeping and linen change twice a week, utilities, internet access, and initial daily necessities.

Anytime is avaiable except 1AM-2AM.

A cancellation fee (payment of the accommodation fee) will be charged after the reservation is confirmed. Cancellations made up to the day before the accommodation date will be charged for 14 days of the monthly fee. For cancellations later, you will be charged for 30 days.

Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited in the guest rooms. Please use the smoking area on the 6th floor.

Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to use it without a guardian.

It is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

* Usage may be restricted to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus.

A set of initial welcome amenity is provided in the room. After that, we ask the guests to prepare by themselves.

We have an automated parking garage available for an additional fee. Please contact us to enquire about availability as spaces are limited.

We do not allow guests to bring or stay with pets.

In addition to postboxes for all guest rooms, we have 26 parcel delivery lockers.

We have auto-locking, elevator floor restrictions, and staff on duty 24-hours a day within the building. Please enjoy your stay with peace of mind.
