Please Beware of Suspicious Messages Related to Accommodation Reservations

We have been informed by TEMAIRAZU, Inc., which provides the reservation management system used by our facility, that some guests have received suspicious messages related to their accommodation reservations.
We have also confirmed that some of our guests have received suspicious WhatsApp messages from overseas phone numbers, as well as emails from suspicious email addresses.
At present, reservations and operations at our property are continuing as usual.
If you receive any suspicious emails, SMS messages, WhatsApp messages, or other communications impersonating our facility, please take the following precautions:
● Do not open any URLs or links contained in the message.
● Do not enter your credit card details or personal information.
● Do not reply to the message.
● Do not make any payments or money transfers as instructed in the message.
● If you need to confirm your reservation details, please contact us.
If you have entered your credit card details or other information on a suspicious website, please contact your credit card company immediately.
